To populate the Employee Data component data should come from the currently held HR data in the company’s legacy system. This is not new data, it is data data that the employee has entrusted to HR during the employment and on boarding process.

The reality is employees will not take the time to personally load their own data that they have already given to the company’s data custodian or HR department.
